MBC: Another Guess bag... but not mine!

Yup this is not my bag, but my mom's. Like the previous Guess, the design is loud yet not overbearing. I like the shade of brown and the sophisticated look. It is probably serious enough to bring to work without appearing too flippant. Mom asked during the sale if she should buy the bag, and I said "Yes! Yes! Yes!... You buy and I'll kop to use!"

MBC: Hot Guess?

The other splurge of the day is this HOT Guess shoulder bag I spotted during the Private Sale. I wonder if the designers couldn't think of a good name for their creations thus the name 'Guess' but then we have come to accept it as a brand name rather than to think about the possible lack of naming-creativity. Nevertheless this bag is really hot, and I couldn't bear to let it go after setting my sights on it. So I trudged it along as I did my shopping (it is pretty heavy) and finally decided to buy it (also at 30% off). It'll be pretty good for the casual weekend, especially when I'm feeling lazy to dress up but still wanting to look chic =p

MBC: Tocco Leather Bag

Let's take a closer look at the Tocco leather bag featured in the previous post. Yes I've finally laid my hands on this bag during the Isetan Midyear Sale which has already begun! (Got it at 30% off the tag, courtesy of my brother!) This bag is really roomy, so I'm contemplating using it as even a gym bag to put in my clothes when I start working. Really found the shape of the bag pretty, plus it's made of soft hide, so its very versatille too. I told you the inner lining is in pretty pink right? Such fine lining would usually melt away any resistance against buying the bag.

BS: Caramel Leather Tocco Bag

My obsession for bags has become more serious recently. Probably due to my increasing stress level =p But anyway, I found this very classic Tocco (by Toscano) leather bag in caramel colour. There's something about the bag's simplicity and refineness that captured my heart. The bag's really roomy too, big enough for A4 size documents, and maybe even a small laptop. Fuchsia-coloured inner lining, leather-rimmed inner compartments, gold hardware, magnetic clasps for outer pockets. Right size, right length... ahhh... what more can I ask for in a bag?

MBC: Another Birthday Present!

I am blessed with the company of people with good taste in bags. First a nice clutch bag, then this, a cream satchel bag from my brother's GF. The bag is from River Island, a European fashion brand which just recently entered Singapore. The front pocket of this bag adds much style to the overall look. I think the bag will go well with almost anything in my wardrobe. Tried teaming up the bag with my jacket, and they look happy together =p

MBC: Floral Clutch

My birthday present from JJ's sis =) A pretty floral print clutch, something I've wanted to get but didn't come across in my shopping. The smooth-shiny material and the bright flowers are out to grab attention, cool to bring to parties =p It comes with two detachable straps (in matching pink) so you could hang the bag on the shoulder.

MBC: Red Stud (for adoption)

RED again. This bag was a huge mark down item during a metro sale. It is the kind of bag that looks so-so on display, but nice when being carried. A pretty cool studded shopping bag that I imagine myself chucking around on casual days. And it is really really value-for-money. Count the number of studs on the bag, and divide $15.90 with that figure.
